Randy Harper proudly serves as a Director for Ouachita Electric Cooperative, bringing with him a strong background in education and leadership. A 1984 graduate of Lake Hamilton High School, Randy went on to earn his Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Physics from Southern Arkansas University.
Since March 1998, Randy has been employed at the Arkansas Environmental Training Academy at SAU Tech, where he served as Program Coordinator before becoming the Director of the Academy in 2006. In his roles, he has dedicated nearly 3 decades to educating and supporting individuals across the region.
Randy is an active member of Camden First Assembly of God, where he serves on the Board of Deacons. Randy and his wife, Kay, are proud parents of 3 children: Natalie Purifoy, Ryan Harper, and Justin Harper.
