E-Bill – Make Paying Your Electric Bill Easier!

Ouachita Electric Cooperative offers an internet based bill presentment and payment solution called E-Bill. Unlike other electronic based payment processors that offer only a “snap-shot” view of payment information, E-Bill allows posting of payments that can be viewed real time. E-Bill will allow you to have access to your electric account information 24-hours a day, seven-days a week.

E-Bill Features

E-mail Notification heading
Members will receive an email notification when a new electric bill is generated. The email includes a link for easy navigation directly to your billing information. You can use E-Bill to review account information and pay your electric bill, or you may choose to pay in a different manner. The choice is yours.

Multiple Accounts heading
For members who have multiple accounts, you will be able to easily view each account and pay all accounts with a single payment.

Account History heading
Members will be able to view current and historical billing information and payment history.

Payment Processing heading
Pay your bill electronically using a Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover brand credit or debit card, or using an electronic check transaction.

No Charge heading
There is no charge for using the E-Bill service.

**Attention members**

Ouachita Electric will be scheduling two outages in October to facilitate upgrades to the transmission lines. These outages will impact members served by the Holly Springs substation. Each outage is anticipated to last four to six hours and will be scheduled for late Friday nights through early Saturday mornings. The specific dates are contingent on weather conditions and may be adjusted accordingly. The scheduling aims to minimize disruption for affected members.

We encourage our members to prepare for these planned outages in advance. Suggested preparations include: 

**Why are we doing this?** 

Our contracted transmission line crew has been diligently working for months to replace outdated transmission line poles with new ones. This project aims to prevent more extensive outages and protect Ouachita Electric's infrastructure. To continue this important work safely and effectively, brief outages will be necessary to allow the crew to complete their tasks. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
